A project to refurbish a lodge house that
involved the specification of all fit-out elements including lighting,
décor, flooring, window blinds and toilet/kitchen facilities.
The brief was to combine the existing traditional elements of
the building with a contemporary look to attract tenants to the
development. MG Barkers assisted the client with the marketing of
the property, providing spaceplans and furniture schemes. The
lodge was let within days of the refurbishment being completed.
